ources say Hemraj Gyawali, chair-man of Kantipur Publications, will be nominated to the Upper House shortly. This information was reportedly leaked by official sources at a tea party hosted by the chief of the Sadbhavana Party, Gajendra Narayan Singh. People were discussing a news item in Kantipur which was very critical of Koirala. Reacting to this, the PM said Gyawali might be nominated to the Upper House later this year when some members complete their term.
