Qatar Airways has been named Best Airline in the Middle East and Africa at this year's TTG Asia travel awards in Thailand, compiled based on votes from travel agents across the Asia-Pacific. Over the last decade, Qatar Airways has gone from its initial fleet of just four aircraft to over 50 planes with an international network spanning 70 destinations, and plans to double its fleet by 2015.
