Transavia, .the Amsterdam-based .charter subsidiary .of. KLM is to double its weekly flights from Amsterdam to Kathmandu from 21 September, at the start of the tourism season, according to a company press release. The Boeing 757 flights fly to Europe from Kathmandu on Mondays and Thursdays, with a refuelling stop in Sharjah. the United Arab Emirates. The added flights will mean the airline will bring a further 430 people a week to Nepal flying direct from Europe.
