The much contested cola market is expanding to accommodate another contender. Varun Beverages (Nepal) will market and distribute Mountain Dew, a new citrus soda manufactured by Pepsi Cola. Mountain Dew is the third largest soft drink brand in the US, and is being promoted in the subcontinent as an ?energy and exhilarating? drink and is the first-of-its-kind in Nepal.
