Local civilian leader of the protestors in Gongabu summons all to join in the demonstration.


In less than 30 minutes, over 500 of them march to the street.


Near Maharajganj, they face the armed police. A demonstrator dares them to shoot him as he bares his chest.


The police fires tear gas towards the peaceful protestors despite no violence on their part.


More armed and civilian police force gather at Maharajganj under pressure from the army to push back the protestors from here, which is closer to King Gyanendra\'s Nirmal Nibas.


The demonstrators march ahead cheerfully despite the warnings of getting shot by the police. Such threats of police are not taken seriously anymore.


Unable to penetrate the police line, the frustrated protestors turn back with their injured friends. On their way back, they hang the king\'s effigy over a tree.
