As one of the nation's leading newspapers, your exaltation of the armed rebels will only serve their propaganda machine. Your comment on 'two armies' gives the impression that the Royal Nepali Army is up against an equal opponent. It is not and such comparisons are misleading. You write as if you are a mere umpire in a row between the Maoists and the RNA. Are you with the state, or with the rebels? You can't be neutral. Apathy is our biggest hurdle, not only in the bureaucracy but also among every single citizen.
