A travelling music concert is spreading the word of peace as it tours the length and breadth of Nepal. Sundar Shanta Nepal, Shanti Sangeet Yatra 2059 has already performed in Dharan and Hetauda where more than 35,000 people attended the events. Organised by Himal Association and managed by event nepa~laya, the tour began from Dharan on 22 February and will conclude at Kathmandu on 8 March. Tickets are priced at a nominal Rs 10 per person and locals flocked to watch the performances of popular Nepali singers like Deep Shrestha, Kunti Moktan, Ram Thapa, Prem Rana 'Avatari', Sapana Shree, Sukmit Gurung and Nepathya.
