Donor countries and agencies must link their assistance to the resolution of the Bhutanese refugee impasse, demanded the Bhutan National Democratic Party (BNDP), a Bhutanese political organisation in exile. The call comes just days ahead of a donor meeting on Bhutan in Geneva.
