I wonder if Nepal really wants visitors ? If tourism is, in fact, a driving force of the Nepali economy, may I suggest that the visa process be changed so that, at least a six month-double entry visa can be obtained at a reasonable price. Also the fee to walk through Darbar Square, for those of us who, like myself, bring humanitarian aid, or are just ordinary tourists, should be eliminated. If tourism is to be revived, and integrated into the everyday fabric of Nepali life, make it easier, not harder, to come to Nepal and move around. Namaste, aloha.
