Binod Bhattarai's report ("Mayday, mayday", #64) is right on the mark. What it shows is that the private sector is not the super-efficient answer to everything that it is made out to be. The domestic airline business has become a dog-eat-dog situation. The reason is private greed and the government's inability to regulate.
