The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed two joint ventures: Nepal Alpic (CHK SPL) Everest Finance Limited, and the Bangladesh Finance and Leasing Limited. Alpic applied for 200,000 of its shares to be listed, and Bangladesh Finance has 300,000 shares for trading at the exchange.
