UCPN-M leader Posta Bahadur Bogati has said that the opposition parties are not interested in resolving the present stalemate and are instead prolonging it by refusing to engage. “They say Baburam Bhattarai government is the problem but by not coming up with any constructive solution to the deadlock, they are being part of the problem as well.”, Bogati said at an interaction program in the capital today.

The leader said it was ironic that inspite NC and UML are calling for a consensus government on one hand and refusing to forge one at the same time. In the same program UML leader Pradeep Nepal said economically, socially and culturally the nation is not prepared for federalism. He further said that the parties should resolve the federalism debate through a round table conference or by reviving the legislature parliament.
