The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is all set to distribute machine readable passports (MRP) today onwards.
Diplomatic passports will first be distributed. The Ministry said that the MRP will be first provided to the President Dr Ram Baran Yadav amidst a function today. It will then be provided to the Vice-President, the Prime Minister, the Chief Justice and the Chairman of the Constituent Assembly.
The first machine readable common passport will first be provided to Anuradha Koirala of Maiti Nepal. The public will be able to acquire MRPs from the Central Passport Office, Darbar Marg.
Chief of the Passport Office, Bharat Poudel said that the MRP will be provided in six months after an application is submitted. Extra charge will be levied for those who want it within a week.
The Ministry is planning to distribute the MRPs from all three districts of the valley after few days.

Well Friends: The MOFA has started in three districts of valley. Give the concern
