Mega works
Mega Bank Nepal will finally open its doors this Friday. With an authorised capital of Rs 4 billion and paid up capital of Rs 2.33 billion, Mega Bank is the largest capitalised bank in Nepal and claims to deliver five-star banking services.

Stunning addition
Syakar Company, sole distributors of Honda Motorcycles, launched the new CBF Stunner. Powered with a 125 cc air-cooled, four-stroke self-start engine, the new model will deliver a power of 11bhp at the rate of 8000rpm.

Washable walls
Berger Jenson & Nicholson has introduced Rangoli Easy Clean Emulsion, a paint formulated with cross-linking polymer that allows stains to be cleaned easily. The paint also has anti-fungal and anti-fading properties, and promises a long-lasting fresh look.

New players
LG has launched a new range of home theatres and DVD players. HT-924 (1200W) and HT-604SK (600 W) models are the two new upgraded models in the home theatre category while DV-456P, DV-426P and DD-447P are new super-slim DVD players with FM tuners.

Branching out
Bank of Kathmandu opened two new branches in Balkhu and Panauti. It now has a total of 36 branches and 6 counters across the country.

Fruitful predictions
Laxmi Intercontinental, an official partner of Hyundai for Nepal, distributed prizes to all the winners of Laxmi Hyundai World Cup Prediction Game. Sudishna KC, the first prize winner, took home a replica of the official World Cup Trophy and a 40-inch Samsung LCD TV.
