Nepali documentary filmmakers are coming of age. Four Years in Hell, a documentary about a young girl infected with HIV and her contribution to the promotion of HIV/AIDS awareness raising, has won the UNICEF Prize at the 28th Japan Prize International Education Program Contest in Tokyo. Says producer Anil Rijal of the Kathmandu-based Young Asia Television Nepal, ?I hope the film informs people that HIV-infected people have a right to work, live normal and happy lives.?
