The Royal Nepalese Army has found out the names used by Prachanda, General Secretary NCP (Maoist) and chief of \' party\'s foreign division, Gaurav (C.P. Gajurel), in their fake passports when they travelled to England in April. The rwo had gone there to attend a meeting of RIM (Revolutionary International Movement), an association of radical communists.

According to reliable sources, Prachanda travelled under the name of Anand Jam and Gaurav travelled as Vivek jain, both residents of Lucknow. The Indian Army informed the Nepali army that the wo had pasted their pictures over that of the two Lucknow residents to obtain visas.
