Cathay Pacific and Dragonair have issued a travel information to ensure the safety of passengers and crew members. The airline advises its passengers to power off Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphones and not connect it to any power source while onboard. These devices must also be kept out of checked baggage.

Huawei recently announced its Dashain Festival Scheme in Nepal. Slated to end on 8 October, it will give out prizes like power banks, smart phones, cycles with kits on a weekly basis. Extracted directly from the height of 8844 metres from the Tibetan side of Mt Everest, the water is produced by Tibet Qomolongma Glacier Water Company Ltd, Tibet, China. It is imported by Freedom Export, Kathmandu, Nepal.
